We have a software running on rpi4. To shorten the compilation time we are to setup a cross compilation system on a desktop computer with Ubuntu. Our sw has following dependencies: Eigen 3 OpenCV 4 Boost spdlog nabo ceres gflags gtest yaml-cpp We will provide you: 1. Ubuntu 18 os image running on VMware 2. Copy of RPi4 files so that you can use it to set up the cross compilation system 3. Example c++ code that you need to compile on the Ubuntu system we provide. Your work will be 1. Setting up a cross compile system on virtual Ubuntu system. 2. Write or modify a [login to view URL] file. 3. Compile the provided code in the virtual Ubuntu system and demonstrate that the compiled binary runs in RPi4. 4. Setting up QT for the provided code "astroid" to perform the remote inline debugging. The host QT should be able to run the code line-by-line remotely. This is for the fast debugging of RPi4 program "astroid" 5. A short document explaining how to setup the two tasks will be required so that we can replcate what you did. Task acceptance conditions 1. It will be just okay if we can replicate what you did (cmake setup for cross-compilation, QT setup for remote debugging) We prefer VMware as it is easier to deliver the development environment to the other users. But if you know a batter solution we are happy to consider it.

Also I will give you a document using which you can replicate or scale this on VMware or other platforms.
