• About 3.7 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Management
• Experience in Systems and Application support roles for in-house and 3rd party applications
• Experience in Server hardware maintenance, implementation of telecom VAS products and network Support
• Experience in providing support via telephone, e-mail and web for customers in AMER and EMEA regions
• Experience in planning and executing product upgrades, vendor and product management
• Good Knowledge and experience in Computer networking and Server/Desktop administration
• An effective communicator, team player with good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Automating tasks like scheduled restarts, application logs archival/removal and other maintenance activities
• Fully own escalated issues from inception to resolution to ensure resolution times meet client expectations
• Assessing system capabilities, identify limitations, evaluate and recommend new hardware/software solutions
