Link Building Campaign

We are launching a new website and are beginning a linkbuilding campaign. We are looking to develop a relationship that we can use over and over again. This project is for $200. You bid on how many one-way links you can provide to us for this price. Requirements of links as follows: 1) We select anchor text. 2) Must have descriptive text of at least 75 character in addition to the anchor text. Anchor text will preferably, but not necessarily, be within the descriptive text. 3) No blogs, guestbooks, ffa, etc. only legitimate, one-way links from real sites. 4) Link page must note have more than 50 links on it total. 5) Link must be permanent. 6) Link page should have PR3 or higher or the index page must have a PR5 or higher. 7) No links from Google toolbar "greybar" pages. 8) Page with link on it must be fully indexed and indexable by search engines.
