I need a response to a Motion to Dismiss in a Business Malpractice case out of Palm Beach County, Florida. I filed the complaint, we agreed on abatement until underlying case resolved and now stay was lifted March 3, 2020. Defense had 20 days to file answer and they did not, instead they filed motion to dismiss, fall back, require complaint amendment. Wanted counsel but couldn't find one since defendant is law firm. Going Pro Se for now, need response to motion to dismiss and amended complaint. Can email more detail to anyone interested in the job.
