I have a medical pharmecal medicine that I want patented in CHina and India. I will have questions, like. How long before I have initial protestion? When can I start selling it? WHat are the filing fees? How long does it take for it to be patent pending? Etc. Concerning thebudget. I iwll go with the cheapest lwyer who can producde the results. GAF forces me to state how much I iwll spend, so it is a guess. I will spend what I need to and not $10 more.
