Find me some Leads

I am in need of a Virtual Assistant who can assist me with lead generation, Basically I will need a list every week of companies I can call to talk about my business, is very simple process, I just need the name of the company, phone number, web address (if any), and contact name (owner or marketing director). All companies listed must be in the South Florida area (20 Mile radius of Miami). It is a very simple process but just time consuming and I don’t have the time for this. All listed companies and leads must be relevant and must ONLY be local business. Example of businesses to be included on the lists: (Contractors, roofing companies, flooring companies, construction companies, landscaping companies, kitchen cabinet makers, bathroom remodeling companies, day care centers, schools, local furnishing stores, local gymnasiums, local restaurants, attorneys, veterinarians, surgeons, ETC.) Example of businesses NOT to be included on the lists: (Food chains, hotel chains, clothing store chains, restaurant chains, industrial chains, ETC.) Basically only small businesses that are based out of South Florida ONLY. My target is to have a lead sheet generated every week of 300 QUALIFIED leads. I will pay each lead sheet weekly.
