Joomla modification

Joomla modification need modification brief: I would like to display the contents in the blog view under category listing, would like to have each article display in the category blog view page with side navigation links to each title (jumps to anchor). All the heading/side navigation need to be generated by the administrator panel with automatic process, I don't want anything manual. *heading anchor need to be automatic generat when creates the page *side navigation url need to modification to link to anchor rather than opens a page *I want no manual process If you think you could help please provide a mock-up or the code, then the project prize is yours.
