Website to build and analyze process flows

I am looking for a freelancer to build a website that specializes in visualizing and communicating business operations processes. The website's main purpose is to provide a platform for businesses to easily visualize and communicate their processes - including the ability to upload their existing processes in .csv, xls, having these automatically analyzed, but also an interface to allow them to create new processes based on a Q & A approach. Specific functionalities for the website have already been outlined in a detailed list however some high level requirements are as follows; Website general - Beautiful, very user friendly and reactive. Allow easy file uploads. User Registration. Payments for different services. Multi Language support Architecture & ongoing support - MERN or similar desirable but open to suggestions as the requirements are fairly simple on the front end although will be a little more complex as we add functionality. The dynamic build of flow diagrams from info in a database will require effort. Open to using services from AWS, Azure or GCP - possibly a combo. - Security is a key consideration - including data privacy and protection. IAM, encryption etc etc - We need someone to support us if there are any technical issues in future - this can be based on an agreed monthly support fee or time-based SLA. We would require a basic admin function to at least manage profiles, subscriptions etc and make basic changes. Provides analysis of existing processes / set up. - Information on the existing processes will be uploaded as csv/excel - These files will mostly have a defined format - one key file has unstructured data - Data will be automatically analysed and have data visualisations (graphs, stats etc) generated using formulas we provide - Data will be used to build multiple visual process flows in .svg or similar - able to be exported Provides the ability to build new processes / configuration - Ask a series of both static and dynamic questions - Progressively build a flow diagram while they are answering questions - Questions/Answers stored in DB against their Customer ID Skills and experience required for this project include: - Strong proficiency in website development and design (MERN preferred but open to suggestions) - Experience with process flow visualization tools (taking info in a DB and using it to create a diagram) - Excellent communication skills to understand and implement the client's requirements - Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the process flow visualizations If you have the skills and experience required for this project, and are able to work closely with the client to bring their vision to life, please submit your proposal.
