Appointment Scheduling: The software should include a scheduling module that allows for efficient management of appointments. This includes the ability to view and assign tasks to technicians, track progress, and send notifications to customers. 4. Parts and Inventory Management: The software should have a module for managing parts and inventory. This includes tracking stock levels, generating purchase orders, and managing supplier information. 5.
