PDF to Excel Electron Based Parser

The project essentially has 10 requirements. 1. Ideally it will be coded in Javascript with material design looks and will need to run "containerized" and offline only from an Electron .exe package. 2. App will have "Upload" option for user to add new PDF file to "FolderA". 3. FolderA will be monitored for new files, when new file is identified parsing will being. 4. On new files the first stage of the data parsing is to remove all content prior to the text of "49 CFR 365.107(a)." 5. Remaining should be a table with the following 4 columns: Number / Filed / Applicant / Representative 6. The Representative column will need parsed and split to the following columns: RepName / RepAddress / RepCity / RepState / RepZip / RepTel / RepFax. 7. The final column should be the application type. 8. Remove all 'null' columns and rows. 9. Final file output will write new file to "FolderB" with a naming schema of MM-DD-YYYY_Processed.xls. 10. Original file found in "FolderA" can be moved to "FolderC" For the sake of reference attached a few of the original PDF files that the data is to be extracted from.
