Modify my angularJS application to select and upload images

Hi, In my project i have hired a freelancer, he made me button to select files via $[login to view URL](options) but its response is in imageURi, and cordova-file-transfer plugin is deprecated. So i want someone to modify code to bypass FileUploadOptions(); and to read image from imageURi and then to upload on server with some parameters. This is mini module. If u can do this we will go for long term.

I had a similar problem, will select the image file load it to firebase and read it from firebase. Will use jQuery, AngularJs, Ionic and Firebase. Relevant Skills and Experience I had the same problem with an app I was making for a group. Managed to come up with a solution.
