Lead Developer for Uniswap fork - solidity, truffle, defi, web 3, dapp experience required

We are looking for an experienced lead developer to help us develop a fork of the popular uniswap protocol. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the uniswap protocol, other AMM protocols, flashloans and solid background in professional solidity development. If you have experience with aragon or colony and bonded curve fundraising that would be an additional plus. The fork we are working on will make substantial changes to the uniswap core to dramatically increase the earnings opportunities for LP providers while reducing price-risk for traders. The project will be organized as a DAO to encourage community participation. This opportunity is remote but fulltime. Please provide a detailed overview of your qualifications including completed projects you have been working on. We'll be happy to discuss the details of the proposed changes with the applicant we decide to move forward with. To give us a better understanding of your skills please provide us with an estimate of how long you would take (in hours) to deploy a copy of the uniswap v.2 protocol including the UI. We have no intention of deploying a copy of uniswap v2 but this will give us a good indication of your skills.
