Javascript embed option on page- fix script

i have a simple task I needed some help with the embed function If u see on [login to view URL] So when you go on any country page For example pick india on ou country filter U will see embed button on right side If u click on it U get a popup With a list of projects fir that country i want same embed option for the project pages right now when you go to any project page like here [login to view URL] and click on embed button you get list of outputs i wanted the embed link to do same as it does ont he country page just show list of projects not the outputs
