Custom Shopify app that can be published to the Shopify App Store once done

I need a developer to create a Shopify App that must use the embedded Shopify SDK and needs to be published to the shopify appstore once done. The app's main purpose is to sync the inventory / products with a CSV file that is saved on a dropbox account. This CSV file will have all the details to update / delete or add products to the Shopify Products Inventory. Deliverables 1: Shopify App that can be configured through the web and is available on the Shopify App Store. The app must be able to configure the Dropbox link share and specify the CSV file to upload into the Shopify Inventory. The CSV file will have the SKU Number, Product Name, Product Description, Stock on hand, Selling Price and some other meta data. The App then needs to look at the CSV file, check against the Shopify Inventory and based on the instruction in the CSV file, add, update or delete a record. Deliverable 2 Post a CSV file to the dropbox account for each transaction. This needs to contain all the data for each transaction, except the customer data, only the product data. List of all the products bought, the price and the delivery instruction, and the final checkout value. Deliverable 3 Report that is mailed out based on the frequency set and email address set in the Shopify App on all the day's transactions.
