Blockchain expert needed to move unspent BTC stuck into my wallet

There is 7+ BTC stuck on the block chain with over 1,000 confirmations and the BTC is in unspent status. Meaning it has not for some reason landed in the wallet. The reason for this is the transaction did not pay enough of a transaction fee to be released. Very rare! I need to proform a push TX with additional TX fee paid to get the BTC to settle in the wallet.
