Website template / user interface design

I need someone to design a prototype frontend for a website. Allowing the user to upload: images, videos and comments. The purpose of this website is to show my contacts a concept. This is specifically a prototype designed to show a concept, the website actually has to have no functionality, there doesn't have to be any system behind it. The price is up for debate and will be based on the quality of your work. If I am happy with your work on this template there will be follow up work. Any successful bidder is expected to have a video chat on Skype with me, where I will assess your character and ultimately give you the detaills of this project. You must be good with: HTML CSS Javascript (or jquery) and Ajax. The Webpage will not refresh at all, apart from when the home button is clicked. The Logo must be in the top left, you may use any template you like. However Apart from an initial small payment I withold any right to pay you until we reach a template I am happy on. There is likely to be follow up work so will need someone who is possibly able to work for longer periods of time.
