adsense expert --placing ads

i want an expert to place adsense in my website.. christianfreedating dot com its a dating site.. i want adsense in frontpage and in the user login login with id girl27 and password as <<password>> u can see the control panel.. the ads shud be put in a tricky way I dont want much ads..may be little..but clicks shud be more.. what i need u to do is.. in a photoshop or any image editor..u can place the ads in the screenshot..both frontpage and userlogin..and send the images..for me to approve..if u want colors..for ads..its recommended...and if nice..ill approve and give u access to place the code..
