Professional Asian food webshop + homepage Oscommerce

We need multi language multiple shop system (english and german) We are looking to build a high quality online shop for our company. We run a asian food import / export company and need a homepage + online shop. First the visitors should see the normal homepage then they can switch to the online shop or you can integrate the online shop into the homepage but it must be looking very professional. Design should be something like on this site: [login to view URL] but more professional and looking better. We have our own company logo which is a star in blue / white colours. We have this logos on pc but maybe you will need to improve them a little. On first site there should be only some informations about our company and contact details + a small flash animation of the products we are selling running through. Customers should also be able to download order form so they can also order products by FAX. (We have this order form you just need to include it into the website). We need only euro currency in the shop system. When visitors come from other countries than germany the language must be automatic switched to english (Website + Shop) On the main shop site we want following modules: new products, discount products, most bought items, products should have the lightbox module so pictures should be opened in a new window. [login to view URL] can be in oscommerce +custom coding but as said before should look professional and not like standard oscommerce or standard template. [login to view URL] to program several custom features necessary to meet our requirements [login to view URL] design [login to view URL] have all our products (about 500 - 800items)in our lexware warenwirtschaft pro software (german product managment software) these products must all be inserted into the shop by you. Prices, photos and item description will be inserted by us. You only need to create categories and insert the products with item number and weight of the item. We can export all the products from our lexware software in excell format or other but we are not sure if the format is compatible to oscommerce. So most probably it will be required that you will find a solution to import our products to the shop. We also need to import the products in the future like every month so best would be if you create something like a import script in the admin pannel of the shop so we can always easily import our products. Shipping costs must be calculated by weight. 7. intergrate something like aweber as newsletter manager ([login to view URL]) if you have a better newsletter manager so it can also be... Payments: credit card payment + PayPal + Bank transfer I want exceptionally artistic and high quality work. If need be professional photos etc can be purchased. Maybe there will be 1-3 more modules or extensions that we need these should be included in this offer as well.
