jQuery webapp from functional design and PSD

The project concerns the development of a webapp in jQuery. This application collects some variables. Then it makes AJAX calls to a PHP backend (which already exists). The data that these AJAX calls return are shown in a graph in and in other places. The webapp must consist of multiple 'pages', which are shown on the following pages. Between the pages, there must be a 'slide' effect when you press 'Next' or 'Previous'. PSD files will be provided. Stick to this design as closely as possible. All texts must be HTML texts, so not integrated in images. You must accept small design modification during the process. Any problems with the backend API should be reported immediately and will be fixed directly. Together with the functional design, you should be able to finish the app INDEPENDENTLY. I will NOT be available to be in touch frequently (although of course I will answer urgent questions if you run into unexpected problems). If you have addition questions, ask them BEFORE you bid.
