hi, I have gone thorough your requirement from ppt. features on app side is all clear to me. but you have not mentioned about how the antonyms, definition etc will be searched. I mean will there be any backend admin panel where you will add words or any other 3rd party service who will provide word data? also I would suggest you to add an admin panel to review your user activities in your app and manage words contents. and practically this can't be done in $15. Android app + admin will cost around 2000usd. and 2 weeks to develop and 1 week - to test properly. I will provide develop app using React Native, so that in future if you want to make an ios version then that will be less costly. let me know if you are interested.
