Fix a simple Error: Getting EXE4J_JAVA_HOME error for Installer4J product

I have a Java desktop app and created a Java Installer for MAC OS X using Installer4J. The installer is running perfectly on my MAC OS Lion. But it isn’t running on one of my friends MAC OS mountain Lion. It’s giving this error >> “No JVM could be found on your System. Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to the installed JDK or JRE or download a JRE form [login to view URL]” But he has the latest version of Java installed. Please see the attached image and this video for the detailed description on this issue. Don't bid if you want more. More project will follow up after the successful completion of this project. This is a fixed price project though I am posting it as hourly. In your bid please add "I can address EXE4J_JAVA_HOME issue". And describe how are you going to fix this issue. Other wise you bid will be declined.
