I am certificated C# programmer working with in .NET since 2002. I was working with C/C++, Delphi over 15 years before switching to .NET and am able to perform this task. I have 2 questions: 1. How large your application is? I need to look at the source before signing the contract, 2. Why do you need rewriting? Latest Delphi versions are producing managed code and can be used with C# without any problem. Rewriting to C# will get you no benefits except new errors. I can to recompile your application at much less cost. I can work for you 20-25 hours per week (4 hours per day) at rate $12 per hour. Bid is calculated for 2 weeks. As I told, I need the source before saying strict cost.
