We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working with Shopify dropshipping stores. Requirements: - Experience using FreshDesk. - Experience doing customer service for dropshipping stores. - Must be fluent in Italian. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer requests on FreshDesk in perfect Italian. - Respond to comment on Facebook videos. - Issue refunds according to our refund policy. - Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately. - Communicate on Skype daily with our support team. - Display a high level of professionalism at all times.

dear sir my actual employer will feel BLUE I ̀ m Italian living in the Philippines. My actual homebase job is CSR to Italians customers. Using access to the e-commerce system I get phone and numbers provided by customers. I call through the internet made my number look like Italian. I have to confirm the order(s) and fill detailed shipping information. The dropshipping start from Bulgary and arrive in Italy. I also collect refund requests. But is not up to me to issue refunds. I have only skype to keep in contact with the employer. Displaying (and being) highly professional I start to work 20 hours with 5 coworkers and now i ̀ m doing alone 90% of the work alone. That depends on the scarce work culture of some bugarians, I used at best my experience and training in marketing, in providing customer services to counsellors, majors and CEO.
