need google adwords expert to fix suspend campaign

as mention above, you need to be an experience google adwords professional as i think only experience adwords professional know what went wrong. so the account was suspend and i send my inquiry over email with google and they had forward back an instruction to ask me to double check if i had cross the T&C in the email and also another link to let me re-appeal my campaign once i read thru the T&C. so your job here is to read thru the T&C and see whats went wrong and give it a fix and assist me on re-appeal my campaign . please give me bid with details on what you can do to help me with my situation not telling me what you did before in your bid. those who have irrelevant bid shall be ignore immediately.
