Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking for Specific Project

We are helping to bring digital nomads and remote workers to a specific country under a proposed long-term tax-free visa program. Key project goals: - Launch website with Official Waitlist sign-up for digital nomads to join to get priority access to the visa (coming soon) - Simple survey for nomads to fill with their details and LinkedIn profile - Global marketing and social media campaign to get sign ups - Targeted at both Individuals (B2C) and Companies (B2B) - KPI (Immediate Goal): At least 5,000-10,000 sign-ups on the Official Waitlist via our website - KPI (Stretch Goal): More than 100,000 sign-ups on the Official Waitlist via our website Targeted Profiles for Users signing up: - Digital nomads and remote workers (must have LinkedIn profiles to be eligible) - Professionals and companies searching for a new and better way of life based on location, tax and living expense savings, work-life balance, community connection, environmentalism, spiritual wellness, etc. Targeted Countries for marketing and ads on social channels: - Ukraine, Russia, Poland - Rest of Europe and the UK - Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan - US and Canada Current project assets: We can provide the following: - logo, brand identity, and style guide (work in progress) - Website (currently in Figma) - Copywriter(s) and graphic designer for collateral support - Development team for implementation Proposal requirements: A digital marketing proposal with the following key elements: 1. Strategy for social channels and platforms for content and advertising spend (focus on: Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms if geographically required) in Target Countries above, including: - A landscape scan of what influencers, stakeholders, and events we should be engaging and how 2. Content development and posting: Creation and management of User Generated Content and posting on socials 3. Execution and Management of (1) and (2) above to achieve KPIs, including: - Daily and weekly reporting on key metrics and cost-per-conversion - Budget deployment over 4 weeks All-inclusive Budget and KPIs: - USD $15,000 total budget to achieve a minimum total KPI of 5,000 eligible sign-ups to Waitlist (within timeframe below) - USD $5,000 bonus fee payable for achieving 10,000 total sign-ups to Waitlist (within timeframe below) Depending on the success of the Immediate Goal, we will extend your engagement for the Stretch Goal. Timeframe for KPIs: Key deadlines: - Proposal - ASAP - Campaign launch within 1 week of signed engagement - Achieve KPI of minimum 5,000-10,000 sign ups within 4 weeks of campaign launch In your proposal, please provide details of your track record including: - Your profile, experience and any relevant links - 1-2 case studies or previous successful campaigns - Brief overview on 1: Strategy, 2: Content Development, and 3: Execution and Management.
