30k Facebook Fans, 10k Twitter Followers

I need to add 30,000 Facebook Fans ALL fans and followers must come from the USA: Qualified and serious bidders only! Please submit your bid only if you can deliver with the requirements below. Time Line • Must be completed in 8 weeks more or less Project requirements: • All fans must be REAL people with ACTIVE Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) • ALL MUST BE from USA • NO bots, NO Blackhat techniques, NO Farmville or any other game • Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity • Fans must be active and between the ages of 18 and 32 • No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures • No fans that will risk my page deleted • You must use good practices when gathering fans. (Facebook account must not be banned/deleted for your actions. It should always be kept active. If Facebook account is not complete/no longer active there will be no payment for this project. • It must be 30,000+ Facebook fans PAYMENT TERMS: • It must be 30,000+ Facebook fans and 10,000+ Twitter followers Milestones awarded as follows - +20% when I get 6,000 fans - 2,000 followers +20% when I get 12,000+ fans - 4,000 followers +20% when I get 18,000+ fans - 6,000 followers +20% when I get 24,000+ fans - 8,000 followers +20% 10 days after I get complete 30,000+ fans in Facebook and 10,000 followers in twitter (to make sure everything is good and account is safe or if you prove your method is all above board) - "You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted."
