I have a list of 71 sites that are low competition. I am looking for an SEO GURU who can help me do the linkbuilding and rank all these sites. I'm wondering how much this will cost me. I can send u examples of the keywords. I also need to pay on a per rank basis so basically if you build links but don't rank my site then i won't pay as much which should be understandable. I pay for results.
