With this in mind, slow white hat backlinking is required to get this website onto the first page of Google. 10 keywords to target, and I will pay a set fee once each keyword is within top 3 of google for a duration of 30 days This is somewhat a test project as I have a large team of SEO professionals based within UK, and as we are expanding, looking for reliable SEO guys externally. All on-page SEO will be handled by my team, but you will deal with off-page activities to rank the site well. Be aware that as this is a new domain, aggressive backlinking of using 1 tactic WILL NOT be appropriate. 2013 is a time for variety and true marketing ethics are required to succeed. I need to know when you are bidding what type of links you will build along with what you have and will be doing differently in approaching SEO for the forceable future.
