Dutch traffic/users who use my search engine

Hi, Im looking for traffic to my own search engine website (its retail/fashion related search engine). Dutch ONLY. But please read, its REALLY import that they USE the search engine and CLICK search results. What I DONT need is SEO, pagerank building, linkbuilding and Im already getting that done. Just Dutch traffic who will use my search engine. If you have any idea to get this done. PMB. I will not respond to SEO packages, FB likes packages and such.
