Prepping .AI, .INDD Files for Print!

I need a freelancer who is skilled & fast in Illustrator & InDesign to prep some files for me that will be sent to a printer. I am having custom divider tabs printed and need for you to prep & combine the files before I send them to the printer. Here's what I need: 1- You will look at 15 Illustrator (and [login to view URL]!) files to make sure the strokes in each one are at LEAST 1pt. 2- You will look at 2 InDesign files (one is the main text, one is the tabs) to make sure there is an 1/8" minimum bleed on all pages, and that all fonts are converted to outlines (vector). 3- You will import each of the Illustrator files into the main text InDesign files to act as the background behind the main text. Save each one separately (a total of 16 .indd files, 12 pages in each file.) 4- You will add a background color to the InDesign tab files. The text is already there, they just need a background color that MATCHES the design behind the main text. (a total of 16 .indd tab files, 12 tabs in each file). As long as the text remains readable and the color is taken from the main design, I am fine with any color. This may be confusing, so I am very happy to chat more to clarify. I've included photo examples of the final product in one design - I am simply printing the same thing in 16 more designs. The job should be fairly easy and fast (the faster the better, as I am up against a deadline!) I hope it can be done within 1-2 days from the day I send you the files.
