graphic designer and layout expert required

I am looking for an excellent, dynamic, nice to work with graphic designer, to help take on some of my work load. I need a very skilled designer, who has attention to detail, and can create a design solution to work well within the required brief. I also need help on various indesign projects with edits and updates. Projects that will be required include: business cards pamphlets training manuals flyers brochures EPub files for ipads etc newsletters Must be able to be creative and ad-lib with regards to writing, as clients can be problematic when getting content. So really need a creative fabulous person, to form long term business relationship with my company in South Africa.
