Remember Calvin & Hobbes? Iconic characters for certain! Can you draw in the Watterson style of C&H? Can you put together short Black and White comic strips with some of them in Color where needed? If yes, then what I need is help in reimagining the main characters of Calvin and Susie to basically bring two Real people into the starring roles. From there I need help in creating a series of 5 short B&W 4-Panel comic strips with these characters & Hobbes, just like the Dailies. The requirement will be to conceptualize the new characters and draw new comic strips (including environmental objects), staying as close to Watteron's style as possible. From there you will be provided with the narration, dialogue, and scenes. If the work is good, we can continue beyond the 5 strips. Along with your Bid, I would like is for you to submit a link to your portfolio & a small piece of art that illustrates how you draw Calvin and Hobbes. From there I'll select a winner and we can continue the project. Thanks!
