I assume you will provide me with room data sheet for all spaces, showing information like required indoor temperature, fresh air flow rate, total air change rate if required, hood air flow rates if any, equipment heat dissipation...etc. 30 days period is a conservative estimate. Project may be delivered earlier. Actual period can be estimated more accurately when I see the drawings to know the project size.
