Develop UI of Application Screens using reactjs

We want an expert UI developer with strong hands on minimum 10 years of experience in developing interactive real time web based Application screens using react js. Professional experiences in developing Applications for healthcare is preferred but not mandatory. The UI developer must have exceptional skills in selecting various color/ font combinations to create screens that are not only functionally great but attractive and syncs with our product brand. Consultant chosen for this project must first showcase their skills by developing a test sample screen which will be then evaluated by our selection committee. Consultant developing and submitting the best screen design will be awarded this project which will be for developing 10-12 screens. Price must be quoted per screen and the entire project of 10-12 screens needs to be completed in 7-10 days.
