I would propose a system whereby each client is give a unique URL which when opened displays a page where they can enter start/end dates and a password unique to them (to prevent other users changing the client id). once clicking a button to view it then read in and display the html representation of the CSV data pulled from the API. also you will need an admin area to maintain the password for each client id.
