Hi there, The requirements are quite clear and straightforward to implement. As far as I can understand you want to handle this solely on client side with javascript. However, as it's pointed out in a support post to which I can share the link, cloudinary does not allow CORS requests to admin api. So you need to send the actual request on the backend with python, php, node, ect. If that's ok for you I can get the form and backend code ready in a few hours, thanks.
