I need a simple mobile app for my final year project which can be used by family track their children or their family members and friends location. you send a track request to your family and once accepted your able to see their [login to view URL] be able to chat on the app .If your in a place and feel un save ,your able to let the nearest relative to you know what is happening through the chat .you may also be able to take photos and share with [login to view URL] you find the situation is getting bad or your in danger you can press a panic button which sends a message to the relative to call the police if your not able to do [login to view URL] app should be windows mobile app and use Microsoft azure cloud as the back end .The attached document might help your understand better.
