show prices only on login - shopify website

Hi there, I am looking for someone who is a shopify expert. i currently have a shopify website and would need prices on my website hidden. prices should only show once the customer logs in. also customers would need to sign up in order to gain access to purchasing and prices. a customer cannot purchase without his/her login details which can only be verified in the control panel. so the process would be like this: 1. someone who visits the website cannot see prices 2. only when a customer 'signs up' with their details, they would receive a message that their account would be reviewed. details for them to sign up would include basic information e.g. name, address etc.. and company name. 3. we receive the request on the back-end and only we would have the ability to activate them or not. 4. customer would be notified when account is opened (automated email) to the customer. the website is functionally a wholesale website thus would require login details to see prices and not for the public. it shouldn't take too long to implement. main thing for me is that it is done with clean coding as this is a MUST. i will be checking the work via google page optimization to make sure no error/unnecessary scripts have been added. many thanks,
