Overall: I’ve created an outline of what I’m looking for, but I’m open to suggestions on how to make this more functional. I would like to keep things in wordpress and woo-commerce, with paypal powering the checkout procedure. The goal is to automate the process of clients requesting print, design, or web-related services.

When they click on Printing, will have boxes: Banners, Flyers/Postcards, Posters, Programs, Tickets, Booklets, Business Cards, CDs, Others (then list all types)
