I need to make the setting page on my Shopify store

Hello! We have a website called “[login to view URL]” that runs on shopify. And there are some features that we want to add, some things to be fixed and some changes to be made that are out of our reach.. I’m putting them below in order we want them to be done. 1. Apply the three designs for the settings page. 2. Language options: The flag and the language: French, Dutch and English, Spanish, German. In name order. the language option will change the website language ( the app we use is werglot ) 3. The green dot on the settings page means: the account is set as default. The red dot means the account is not set as default. 4. The personal information that is set as default needs to be connected with the check out page. So when a customer orders a product, all his information will be filled in automatically. 5. When a customer presses on edit. He goes to the page with all the boxes. Where he is able to change his personal information. 6. When a customer presses on add, he also gets send to the page with the boxes where he can fill in information. And when he presses on save. A second box will appear with the information he just filled in. 7. When a customer has 1 box. He’s just able to edit it. When there is two or more. He can edit and delete them. When he delete the active information. The next one in row will automatically become the active one. 8. When a customer edit an active one. The checkbox will be checked in automatically, and he is able to uncheck it. When he does this. The next one in row will automatically become the active one. When he just has 1 box, he is not able to uncheck it.
