Need an rc card copy

Basically I lost my RC card (indian vehicle registration card. very simple design/ no pictures. like a drivers license for the vehicle itself) in Goa, my bike is in Delhi. It is too much hassle for me to file an FIR and go to delhi to file for a new one. If possible I would like a copy identical to the original with obviously the same look and feel of a real RC (similar to that of a standard drivers license).
