Help opening an Adobe InDesign file

I have an Adobe InDesign file that I am unable to open on my PC. The error message is about plug-ins. The following is needed in this job: Help me to open this file by providing the needed plug-ins, and helping me to install them on my PC. I am not familiar with using InDesign at all, but I need to view this document, and possibly future documents from this source. My PC: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) Screen resolution is at 1024 x 768 Needed immediately. Please see the images in the zip file here.
