Angular JS and PHP Web App Editing

I need you to edit a web app which is made in Angular JS for data updation. In which you will have to design a form in Php and that same form will be used in three pages. There will be multiple users of this web app. Any user can add or delete only his own data which is uploaded by him/her but admin can edit any data updated by any user. Whenever any user will update or edit any data, a notification will go to admin and from that notification panel admin can send any message to his staff and his staff can reply on that. There will be a list of pending trial cases of some criminals linked to each page. Data of pending trial cases should be fetched from main page only because fields of Pending trial cases page are available in main form also. In all criminal records there will be a Ask ur query button also, using two users can communicate with each other. When any user will send any message to other user then a notification should be displayed instantly. We have this same web app made with Angular JS and Php and we want you to edit and remove its bugs.
