Website with functional mobile site design mockup

I am looking to have a website with a fully functioning mobile website designed for an event/news website. i have copied and pasted rough design of what i want it to look liek if someone could put my vision to life that would be great. I will start off with the website the reference themes are is "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" 1. the main page is attached as "HOME". want to use the large image on the right as the featured event/news page. and on the left has a smaller section for other events that users can scroll through. 2. when a user clicks on an event a chat option will come up on the right as shown in the attachment labeled "CHAT". where the user can chat in the middle the left will still have other events and on the right corner it will have the event details and a section for the medial files. (pictues, videos, etc) 3. a final page labeled "ARCHIVE" which would be set up like the tumblr archive page for users to see events from past months for the mobile site. 1. the home page is the attachment labeled "MOBILE1" 2. when you click on an event it will take you to a chat screen attachment "MOBILE2" 3. an option for event details and media section attachment "MOBILE3" 4. an archive page set up like the tumblr archive page for users to see events from past months PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS I UNDERSTAND THIS MIGHT NOT MAKE THE MOST SENSE
