hello, i have read ur requirement, According to my understanding you need two application --- A) Android Application and B) server side loging functionality and management. i can done it very well using these steps: 1) developing an application on android which have loging functionality with registered credetials, and can access whole data of client mobile and functionality to wrap whole data in specific format and functionality to send it to server using webservice. 2) giving functionality on server side to save data with particular user credentials in specific way 3) giving functionality to client side for viewing stored data in server side using webservice 4) giving functionality to upload data on server only through WI-Fi 5)most feature to adding is backup WhatsApp data using permission of github. we will write webservices and develop and design admin panel in asp.net with using Umbraco CMS as per your requirement. first of all we will ceate photoshop design and will send u for approval,once u have approved then implement with android and start work. we are available 24/6 on skype mail freelancer chat box.
