Website Graphics Needed - Need Artistic Talent

We need a picture created for the home page on our website, and around 10 icon size images as well. 1. For the home page, we will provide a rough sketch of the picture. First we will need the background drawn, which will be a nature setting on a farm. Then we will need about 10 icons created to be placed on the background - these will be of plants and animals etc. 2. The small icons will be of fruits and vegetables. We intend to animate the part 1 picture, but this job bid is only for the pictures, not the animation. We will use flash to make the website picture animated for the home page. This is why I want the icons created separately. We want something like this, with birds flying, clouds moving, wind blowing trees, a running stream with water. But we want better graphics so it looks more realistic. http://www. parasol-island .com/ - If you click on "enjoy the island"it will go to a nice screen - so this site has nice graphics that we are looking for. I like the clouds, sky, ray of light, trees. Overall, we want something that isnt going to be too large in file size and take too long to load, and we dont want something that will be a lot of work and cost a lot of money either.
