Looking for a coder to develop a website that has similar functionality to the OLD Yahoo Groups. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The site should have four different levels of user: Super-Admin; Editor, Moderator and User. Super-Admin should be able to control the entire site; editors should be able to add files and make changes to groups...while the moderator has similar abilities with ONE group only. Users can communicate with anyone INSIDE of the rooms but not outside of that....
