Hello! I need a simple Webpage with the following fields: - Student Name - for the student to complete - Student Group - for the student to complete - Submit Button - A button for login administrator mode After the student will complete and submit the name will be registered in database Once you click login administrator mode you login with a password(it should only have a password field and a submit button) and access a database where you can see a database with the Student Name, Student Group and a timestamp when it was submited I do not need awesome design something really basic I need it done by Tuesday afternoon 10PM +2 GMT Romania time
