create character using only eye brows, eyes, nose, and mouth

I would like some one to create a fun character using only eyebrows, eyes, nose, and mouth. These items will be cut out on put on a square surface making look like a face. Something that will look good on white, black, or chrome back ground. Looking for a fun monster type characters. Please see attached for example. Both eyebrows, both eyes, nose and mouth must be separate so they can be moved around, color changed and change size. Would love to see samples if you have work like this already or if you mock up a sample quick. Does not need super detail, more catoonish but creatively fun.
