Simple Quick Header / Web Template

Hello, Before you read, please check my feedback and length of time as a freelancer member to ensure you realize this is genuine and I always pay. I am looking for someone to design me a simple header which will consist of some sort of background design incorporating a logo (which you will also design as part of this project). Total overall dimensions will be in the region of 1000 x 100 or so. I also require - as part of the header - a simple drop down menu bar. If you don't know how to code this don't worry! Supplying the images will be enough as I am a programmer myself. Equally, you are not responsible for providing a coded design (unless you want to). I will however require cut images and not just a final .psd. There may also be some simple other items required such as simple box designs. I have other work I need completed too and if I like your work I will use you for this too. Lower price will attract my interest more as there is a very limited budget for this part of the project.
